AGENCYHIRE
LLP was established in 1985
to recruit quality personnel to cover
temporary placements for our associated
companies Brownridge Transport and Bridge
Estates Industrial Property Management.
We
were disillusioned with other agencies
letting us down or sending staff that
did not have the relevant experience
or knowledge and therefore decided to
start our own employment agency.
As
an employment agency run and managed
by ex transport and warehouse personnel,
we were in the privileged position of
knowing exactly what was required to
be a success in terms of staff supply
and suitability. Our reputation grew
and we began providing quality workers
to other local businesses.
After
20 years experience our company has
maintained a high level profile in the
Leeds area. Our policy is relatively
brief and simple. All staff are introduced
to it at their induction, thereafter
the policy is constantly communicated
through staff meetings, posters and
memos to reinforce it as a priority.
